It's all better now
Triumphant seems to have fixed their web site troubles. I did want to clarify one potential misconception, though. Just because their site was suspended for violating the email throttling policy with their host, that doesn't mean they were doing anything shady at all. One of the rules that can cause such an incident (the 100 emails in an hour particularly) could easily be exceeded by sending out a newsletter to a list of fans, for example. I don't know what exactly caused it, but I really suspect it was something innocent. Glad they got it fixed.
